CASS Certification (Coding Accuracy Support System):
   $2 Per 1,000 addresses ($50 min charge).

CASS Certification is a process where each address in a mailing list is checked against the Postal Service’s database of all addresses in the U.S. to ensure deliverability. If the address is found to be valid, CASS Certification will verify the record and/or standardize it by correcting missing, misspelled or incorrect components. After CASS Certification, the mailing list can be “Presorted” to achieve automated mail rates by adding ZIP+4 codes, carrier route codes, and/or delivery point bar codes. While CASS Certification cannot guarantee delivery to the intended person(s), it does ensure that every address is deliverable. CASS Certification and Presorting are required to take advantage of bulk mail processing discounts.
