BILLING TERMS:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. First time renters must pay in advance. After credit has been approved, terms are Net 10 days. Minimum billing is for
$475.00 US.
QUALITY AND LIABILITY:
Our lists are compiled and verified to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information furnished and are not liable for any loss caused by our lists or mailing labels.
In 2006, the U. S. Census Bureau reported 39.8 million United States residents moved within the previous one-year period. The moving rate remained statistically unchanged from 2005 at 14 percent. For this reason, our mailing list is constantly updated, with NCOA (National Change of Address) being run monthly.
ARC Management shall not be liable for any damages or loss sustained by the buyer through the use of our lists. Further, ARC Management shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages, and in no event shall ARC Management's liability exceed the cost of the list. Orders cancelled before the mail date to you will be charged $75.00 plus $10.00 per 1000 rental rate and all additional charges for selects, labels, media, etc. Orders can not be cancelled after the mail date to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your receipt and use of the data provided by ARC Management shall be deemed confirmation of (i) your request that ARC Management provide such data to you and (ii) your acceptance and agreement to all of the terms, conditions, and prices set forth herein. Your receipt and use of such data shall further confirm (i) that here is a binding agreement between you and ARC Management for the one-time delivery to you and use by you of the data based on these terms, conditions and prices; (ii) that your and ARC Management's intention is to be bound without any other writing or any writing signed by either or both you and ARC Management If you do not wish to be bound to the foregoing and all other terms, conditions and prices set forth herein, you must return the data to ARC Management immediately, and in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours after your receipt of the data, and before you have used the data in any way or for any purpose.
NAMES ARE FURNISHED FOR THE CONFIDENTIAL USE OF THE RENTER ONLY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED TO COMPILE OR PREPARE MAILING LISTS, MARKETING AIDS, CLASSIFIED DIRECTORIES, CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING CONVEYED BY ANY TELEPHONIC, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC MEANS, OR ANY OTHER COMPILATION THAT ARE SOLD OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED TO THIRD PARTIES. ALL LISTS ARE SEEDED WITH DECOY NAMES AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED USE.
